It took some time to get it ready but this year it has been rented, on occasions, to competitors.
It has a comprehensive kitchen, two living rooms, and sleeps up to seven people.
Access is via Kirkistown when the track is not live and via Portavogie when it is.
Cost is £420 per weekend (2 nights) or £320 for one night.
